a good weekend
Well - we had a great time playing on Saturday 13th at Robin's farewell party in Square Chapel, Halifax. It's a beautifully restored building, thanks in particular to Robin, and we could all hear ourselves playing very clearly - that doesn't happen often!.
This afternoon we played at the Love Music, Hate Racism benefit at Burnley Mechanics - our set was moved at very short notice from "between 4 and 6" to 2.50 - so apologies to anyone who came specially to see us. We'll try to make it up to you next time!

Bridget's the boss!
We had a sweaty night at the Trades Club on 3 September, helping raise funds for Bridget's forthcoming Global Xchange project. We shared the stage with the wonderful Bradford based Spodní Prádlo, who were playing their first gig in Hebden Bridge, and Hebden's own Widgykeff, who turned in a set of awesome power. We were pretty good too, mind....
